If I could hire Maddison permanently, I would. She is a pleasure to work with and willing to jump in on tasks big and small to help wherever needed. Maddison joined us as a contractor at a really crucial time for our team—a few months before launching a rebrand. This week she did a fantastic job putting together wires for LFF with all her thoughts on how the 3 reels can work and then reviewed with the smaller team and had a fantastic brainstorm. This forethought leads to the job flowing better and a better end product coming together.
